主催 ： 金沢大学21世紀COEプログラム「環日本海域の環境計測と
長期・短期変動予測−環境モニタリングネットワークの構築と
人為的影響の評価」及び大気環境学会
趣旨 ： 日本、中国、韓国、ロシア、4ヵ国を代表する研究者を招聘し、
東アジアで問題となっている黄砂、燃焼排ガス粉じん（ディーゼル
排ガス粉じん含む）、酸性雨、放射能に焦点を合わせ、ヒトの健康や
生態系への影響まで踏まえた議論を行うことを目的とします。
